I became a mother as a teenager. I learned early what it means to carry responsibility before you feel ready, to make decisions without a roadmap, and to rebuild yourself while life keeps moving. Those years taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of choosing who you want to become even when the world underestimates you..

Later in my career, I received a notice that my services were no longer needed. It was sudden. It was heavy. And it shook me in ways I didn’t expect. I remember the fear, the uncertainty, and the silence that comes when you don’t have a plan for what comes next.
